Albert Mohler wrote some very good thoughts on the earthquake as well.
I pray this would call us to repentance. I pray we would see the power of God in this. I pray we would slow down and realize the frailness of our physical lives.

No Comments When large and small disasters and tragedies strike, it is often time to reflect and think about big questions, like, “Why did this happen? Where was God in all of this?”
Pastor John Piper dealt with these questions in 1999 after the earthquake in Turkey, and I thought his insights would be helpful in this time.
